Welcome to MiaSweetCravings. By placing an order through our website or social media platforms, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Availability
All desserts are made fresh to order. Availability, flavors, pricing, and menu items are subject to change without notice.

Preorders
Preorders are strongly recommended. Large or custom orders should be placed at least 2–3 days in advance to ensure availability and preparation time.

Payments
Full payment or a deposit may be required before orders are confirmed. Orders will not be prepared until payment requirements are met.

Cancellations
Deposits for custom or large orders are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct pickup or delivery information during checkout. Please arrive during your selected pickup window.

For delivery orders, MiaSweetCravings is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, weather, traffic, or circumstances outside of our control.

Food & Allergens
Products may contain or come into contact with:
• Milk
• Eggs
• Wheat
• Soy
• Nuts or nut-based ingredients

Customers with food allergies should order at their own discretion.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements may be considered only for incorrect or damaged orders reported within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property
All logos, photos, branding, and content associated with MiaSweetCravings may not be copied or used without permission.
